1. Mixing time: The longer the mixing time, the more uniform the mixing. Dry mixing for 20 minutes increases the strength by 15-23% compared to 10 minutes; wet mixing time is suitable for materials not to clump. The storage time of the mixed materials is preferably about 2 hours. Too long or too short a time will reduce the compressive strength of the bricks.
2. Molding pressure: The pressure of clay cement bricks during molding is about 500 kg/cm2. Under this pressure, the product has high compressive strength and good water resistance. If the pressure is too low, it is not easy to compact.
3. Curing conditions: Clay cement bricks are generally protected from sunlight. The strength of natural curing for 7 days in the sun is equivalent to 67-90% of the strength of 28 days; the strength of 28 days is 80-95% of the strength of one quarter. Therefore, if the curing site is small, clay cement bricks can be shipped after 7 days of natural curing.
Service,dellivery and shipping:
Steel equipments including main machine, stacker, block/pallet conveyor, mixer and batching machine ect, will be packed nakedly in the container according to the space of container. The electrical components will be packed in strong seaworthy wood cases.
