Manufacturing Strength: We have 27 high‑speed wire‑cut EDM machines and 4 large gantry machining centers, with a monthly mold production capacity of 50 sets. Key processes – CNC machining, heat treatment, welding, and assembly – are all completed in‑house, with no outsourcing.

Mold Technology: Molds use German carburizing heat treatment technology, achieving a surface hardness of HRC 50‑55, tolerances controlled within ±0.2 mm, and a service life of 200,000 to 350,000 cycles. The product line has obtained both CE and SGS dual certifications.
