Products Description
An automatic block machine is a full-process automated concrete forming equipment that covers everything from raw material proportioning, mixing and blending to press forming and automatic brick discharge. Unlike semi-automatic equipment, an automatic block machine requires no manual intervention in core production processes; operators are only responsible for equipment monitoring and auxiliary operations.
Equipped with a unified PLC control system, the equipment coordinates various functional modules including the batching station, mixer, forming machine, conveyor belt and stacker to achieve integrated line operation. Once production parameters are preset, the machine runs automatically according to the set program, ensuring consistency and stability of each batch of products.

Main features
Whole-line linkage & unmanned operation
The batching station, mixer, forming machine, conveyor belt and stacking system are uniformly controlled by a PLC, realizing fully automatic linkage of the entire production line. The system automatically replenishes materials when raw materials are insufficient and switches automatically when brick stacks are full, with no manual intervention required.
Operators only need to monitor equipment status in the central control room, shifting daily work from "manual operation" to "visual supervision". A fully automatic production line requires only 1–2 operators, reducing labor by more than 50% compared with semi-automatic equipment.
