High-frequency Variable Frequency Vibration & Strong Raw Material Adaptability
The vibration system adopts variable frequency control, with adjustable vibration frequency from 45 to 70Hz and exciting force ranging from 0 to 80kN. It can match the optimal vibration parameters for river sand, manufactured sand, stone powder and recycled aggregates.
The vibration motor is equipped with imported heavy-duty bearings, whose service life is more than three times that of ordinary bearings. The dual vibration isolation design of rubber damping pads and springs reduces vibration transmission and extends the service life of the equipment.
