In the product lineup of block forming machines, the QT6-15 is a medium‑scale fully automatic machine. The "6" indicates that it can produce 6 hollow blocks of 390×190×190mm per cycle, and "15" refers to a molding cycle of approximately 15 seconds. It sits in a sweet spot between the entry‑level QT4-15 and the ultra‑large‑scale QT12-15 – offering high enough output, moderate investment, and wide adaptability.

But what truly sets the QT6-15 apart from other models is not its capacity figures – it is the specific production problem it solves.

The QT6-15 adopts a semi‑enclosed mesh spreading system. The spreading system features a separate storage‑and‑spreading design – the material first enters a storage box, then, under the action of a forced arch‑breaking mechanism, centrifugal discharge occurs, and the material is rapidly and evenly injected into every cavity of the mold. The weight tolerance of a single product is controlled within ±5%, and the strength tolerance does not exceed ±15%.

This system is particularly well‑suited for producing cellular blocks – which have many holes, thin walls, and high demands on spreading accuracy. In other words, the QT6-15 is not a general‑purpose machine that can do everything but nothing particularly well – it is a specialized machine that has been specifically optimized for a particular product type.

Vibration system: two to three seconds to complete liquefaction and air release

The QT6-15 adopts a combined table‑mold‑pressing vibration method. Low frequency is used for feeding, and high frequency is used for forming. The concrete is fully liquefied and de‑aired within two to three seconds, achieving high density and high strength.

Technical details of the vibration system:

The equipment utilizes the excess oil pressure during pressing and converts it into striking force, thereby essentially eliminating energy consumption. Computer‑controlled vertical synchronous vibration with adjustable frequency and amplitude enables low‑frequency feeding and high‑frequency forming, achieving excellent compaction results for different raw materials. The vibration acceleration can reach 17.5g, with strong exciting force, resulting in high‑strength green bricks.
