A "specialist" for cellular blocks

There are many types of hollow blocks, and the most difficult to produce are cellular blocks – with many holes, thin walls, and dense partitions. These blocks are becoming increasingly popular in modern construction because they are lightweight and offer good thermal insulation. But they are also more challenging to produce: the mold cavity has a dozen or even dozens of holes, and the material needs to fill every corner simultaneously. If any hole is not fully filled, the resulting block is defective.

Traditional spreading methods pour all the material into the mold box at once, relying on vibration to level it out naturally. For complex structures like cellular blocks, this method is far from sufficient – the material tends to pile up, bridge over the holes, and fail to fill corners.

The core design logic of the QT6-15 is optimization specifically for this problem.

Control system: PLC fully automatic, Mitsubishi/Siemens optional

The entire production process of the QT6-15 is managed by a PLC control system. The operating system uses a Mitsubishi programmable logic controller (PLC) and a human‑machine interface touchscreen, equipped with data input devices, safety logic control, and a fault diagnosis system, enabling ideal human‑machine interaction. It supports manual, semi‑automatic, and fully automatic operating modes, with parameters for each actuator being freely adjustable.
