In the product lineup of block forming machines, the QT12-15 is a large‑scale fully automatic machine. The "12" in the model number indicates that it can produce 12 hollow blocks of 390×190×190mm per cycle, and "15" refers to a molding cycle of approximately 15 seconds. In short, this is an industrial‑grade machine designed for large‑scale production.

But defining it simply as "large" is not entirely accurate. The real value of the QT12-15 does not lie in its size – it lies in solving a specific production challenge.

In modern construction, cellular blocks are becoming increasingly popular – lightweight, insulating, and material‑saving. But producing these blocks is far more difficult than making solid bricks or simple hollow blocks.

The challenge lies in the spreading (material distribution).

The mold cavity of a cellular block has a dozen or even dozens of holes, and the material needs to fill every hole and every thin wall simultaneously. If any hole is not fully filled, the resulting block is defective – insufficient strength, chipping around the hole edges, and inconsistent dimensions.

Traditional spreading methods pour all the material into the mold box at once, relying on vibration to level it out naturally. For complex structures like cellular blocks, this method is far from sufficient. The material tends to pile up, bridge over the holes, and fail to fill corners.

The QT12-15 is designed precisely to solve this problem.

Integrated vibration table with dual vibrator boxes in coordinated operation

The QT12-15 features a unique dual‑vibrator‑box coordinated design. The vibration amplitude at each point of the vibration table is smaller and more uniform, ensuring consistent product strength. The vibration frequency can be automatically adjusted according to different raw material formulations – low frequency for feeding, high frequency for compaction. This flexible vibration method enables the machine to handle a wide range of raw materials while achieving product strengths of up to 30 MPa.

The frame adopts an upper‑and‑lower double‑layer beam structure, making the equipment more robust and stable.
