The QT12-15 has a molding cycle of only 15–25 seconds, producing 12 hollow blocks of 390×190×190mm (or 60 standard bricks of 240×115×53mm) per cycle. The 8‑hour shift output can exceed 100,000 pieces. For 400×200×200mm hollow blocks, the daily output can exceed 23,000 pieces.

Strong and durable frame structure

The frame is manufactured using high‑strength steel sections and special welding processes, making it extremely rugged. The guide columns are made of super‑strength special steel with fine machining and hard chrome plating, offering excellent torsion resistance and wear resistance.
