A paving brick machine (also known as a block paver machine, or colored brick machine) is a specialized forming machine specifically designed for producing concrete paving bricks, permeable pavers, interlocking blocks, curbstones, and other paving materials.

Using hydraulic or mechanical vibration forming principles, the machine processes raw materials such as cement, sand, and crushed stone through batching, spreading, vibration, pressing, and demolding – forming them into high‑density concrete paving bricks in a single cycle. When a fully automatic production line is adopted, the entire process from batching to finished product palletizing can be fully automated.

  High‑strength frame structure
The frame is manufactured using extra‑large high‑strength steel sections and special welding techniques, offering good rigidity, vibration resistance, and a long service life. Four guide columns with extra‑long guide sleeves ensure operational accuracy. Vibration‑damping rubber is used at critical points to reduce vibration impact and extend the overall machine life.

 Advanced vibration forming system
The machine employs various vibration methods, including table vibration, mold vibration, and table‑mold resonance vibration, providing high exciting force. Some models use servo frequency conversion technology to control vibration, and the vibration exciter assembly features an oil‑immersed design. The vibration platform combines dynamic and static actions, allowing the concrete to fully liquefy and release air in an instant, resulting in more standardized product dimensions. A unique vibration isolation system concentrates the exciting force on the mold, ensuring block density while reducing frame vibration and noise.

By changing molds, the same machine can produce hollow bricks, solid bricks, colored paving bricks, interlocking bricks, curbstones, grass planting pavers, slope protection bricks, and more. Some models are equipped with a secondary spreading mechanism, allowing the production of two‑tone or multi‑colored paving bricks and imitation stone bricks.
