Efficient Hydraulic and Servo Vibration System

The equipment adopts a table and mold combined vibration forming technology, with a vibration frequency of 3800–4500 r/min and an exciting force of 50–70 KN. The QS1800 from Qunfeng Machinery uses a table vibration method, with a forming cycle of 14–21 seconds, a rated pressure of 21 MPa, and a product height range of 50–200 mm. The Q(F)T series from Sanlian Machinery adopts fully automatic PLC control, equipped with imported high‑dynamic proportional valves and high‑performance vane pumps, with a forming cycle of 15–20 seconds and strong exciting force. By changing molds, it can produce hollow blocks, solid bricks, paving bricks, and other products.

Q1: What if the voltage is unstable? Can production continue during a power outage?

Voltage fluctuations and power outages are common in many regions. UNIK equipment can be factory‑customized to the voltage standards of your target country, with a wide voltage design capable of withstanding fluctuations of ±20%. A generator interface is also reserved, so in the event of a power outage, the system can quickly switch to generator power without interrupting the production line. If your site does not have stable three‑phase power, you can also choose a diesel‑engine‑driven model that can operate independently of the grid.

Q2: How long does the machine frame last?

A block machine withstands tens of thousands of high‑frequency vibrations every day. If the frame material is not solid, it will deform within three years. UNIK uses 25–30 mm high‑strength steel plates, with double welding at critical points and three‑layer anti‑rust treatment on the surface. With the same frame material, some machines lose precision after three years, while others maintain precision for ten years.
