Main features:

(1) Efficient and fully automatic: The block forming machine can automatically complete the entire process of the block, the start-up time and stop time are shortened, the phase difference transformation adjustment time is less than 0.2 seconds, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.

(2) High phase follow control accuracy: in the start and stop stages, the master-slave phase difference deviation error is less than ±4%; in other stages, the master-slave phase difference deviation error is less than ±2%.

(3) Simple operation: The vibration frequency is easily adjustable at 0-60Hz by adjusting the phase difference of the master and slave shafts.

(4)Compared with the traditional hydraulic system of the block machine, the hydraulic system of the servo block machine is very energy-saving. The brick machine of the servo system can output the maximum pressure in the stages of clamping, holding pressure, and releasing bricks, but maintains the speed close to zero speed, so the power consumption is minimal. Only when it needs to work, does the whole motor start to operate, so the energy-saving rate can reach about 25-45%.
