UNIK fully automatic block machine is an integrated production system that converts raw materials such as cement, sand and gravel, fly ash, and industrial waste into standardized construction blocks, paving bricks, curbstones, and other concrete products. The equipment uses a PLC fully automatic control system, combined with high‑frequency vibration and hydraulic pressing technology. From raw material batching, mixing, and molding to automatic block output, the entire process is completed automatically by the system.

The equipment is designed for production capacities ranging from 5,000 to 30,000 blocks per day, suitable for large‑scale production of various concrete products including hollow blocks, solid bricks, paving bricks, curbstones, interlocking blocks, and grass planting pavers. 1. PLC fully automatic control, simple operation

The equipment uses Siemens or Mitsubishi PLC control systems, combined with a color touchscreen HMI. Operators can master machine operation, recipe switching, and routine maintenance after a short training period. The control system features fault self‑diagnosis – when a fault occurs, it automatically alarms and displays the fault location, significantly reducing troubleshooting time.

2. High‑strength machine frame, design life of no less than 12 years

A block machine withstands tens of thousands of high‑frequency vibrations every day – the frame is the foundation that determines equipment longevity. UNIK's main frame uses Q355B high‑strength steel, with 25–30 mm thickened steel plates in the main load‑bearing areas, double welding at critical points, and a three‑layer anti‑rust treatment consisting of primer, topcoat, and baking paint. Chinese block machine manufacturers generally adopt high‑strength steel and thickened frame designs to ensure precision retention under long‑term high‑frequency vibration, with a design life of no less than 12 years.
