High-Frequency Vibration System – Determines Block Density
The vibration system is the key process link determining block quality. The German integrated multi-point patented vibration system used in China is hydraulically driven under computer control to produce vertical synchronous vibration, with adjustable frequency and amplitude, achieving the working principle of low-frequency feeding and high-frequency molding. Excellent compaction results can be obtained for various raw materials, with vibration acceleration reaching up to 17.5 G. A high-quality vibration system must ensure uniform vibration, no bouncing, no shaking, producing blocks without honeycombing, no surface pitting, and intact edges. During testing, the vibration should be powerful but not scattered, and the motor temperature should remain normal after stable continuous operation for one production cycle.

The system supports fault self-diagnosis, recipe storage, and one-click recall. During testing, verify the response speed of the control panel – after operation, the equipment must respond immediately without delay, with no freezing or misoperation during continuous operation. The remote monitoring interface reserves technical conditions for unified management across multiple plants and quality traceability.
