Pre-Sales Service: Free configuration recommendations based on local raw material conditions and capacity requirements; free plant layout planning; raw material sample testing – mix design finalization and vibration parameter pre-tuning completed before shipment; assistance with compliance documentation such as CE certification and Certificate of Origin.
During-Sales Service: Complete export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin, CE certificate); assistance with customs clearance process at destination port; progress updates and photos/videos at key production milestones; coordination of SGS/BV third-party inspection available.
After-Sales Service: 1–2 year whole-machine warranty – free parts for non-human damage during warranty period; 72-hour global emergency airfreight of spare parts; 7×24 remote video support; universal parts system – all wearing parts use internationally standard specifications, with a detailed parts list (brand, model number, dimensions, alternative brands) provided with the equipment, allowing direct purchase from local industrial markets; engineers can be dispatched to customer sites for on-site installation and commissioning, trial production, and staff training.
Sri Lanka, Colombo – 5G-IoT Smart Factory: In January 2026, UNIK successfully commissioned a fully automatic block production line, with the core equipment being the UNT400 concrete product forming machine. Integrated with advanced servo vibration and three-cylinder pressing technology, it achieves a 12-second molding cycle and a compressive strength of over 22 MPa, meeting port infrastructure standards. This production line is equipped with a 5G-IoT platform, enabling real-time monitoring of energy consumption, output, and equipment health. Predictive diagnostics reduce maintenance costs by 20%, establishing the line as a benchmark for "green building material bases" in the region.
