Main features
UNIK utilizes a Siemens or Mitsubishi PLC controller with a 10‑inch color touchscreen HMI to achieve fully automated control of the entire process – from batching and mixing to forming, conveying, and palletizing. The recipe management system can store 50–100 sets of process parameters. When switching products (hollow blocks, solid bricks, paving blocks, curbstones, etc.), the operator simply selects the corresponding recipe on the screen, and parameters such as vibration frequency, molding pressure, and cycle time are recalled with one touch – eliminating the need for repeated manual adjustments.
