Main features
A block machine withstands tens of thousands of high-frequency vibrations every day – the machine frame is the first line of defense determining equipment longevity. UNIK main frames use Q355B high-strength manganese steel, with 25–30 mm thickened steel plates in the main load-bearing areas, double welding at critical points, and a three-layer anti-rust treatment consisting of primer, topcoat, and baking paint, giving a design life of no less than 12 years. Many machines show no differences in the first two years, but after three years, thin steel plates begin to deform, precision is lost, and the frame rusts. UNIK puts these "invisible costs" – steel thickness, number of welding passes, and number of anti-rust layers – into the contract, ensuring that long-term service precision does not drift.
