Technical features:

1. Frequency conversion vibration: It is driven by dual frequency conversion motors, with large excitation force and fast response speed. The molding parameters can be set according to the needs of different brick types, and the molding speed is fast.

2. Synchronization mechanism: The unique arch beam demolding structure ensures accurate synchronization during demolding, which not only ensures the yield of products, but also facilitates maintenance.

3. Material distributing system: It adopts 360-degree rotating forced distributing material, the distributing speed is fast, and the distribution is even, and the rake teeth are all connected by fasteners and easy to disassemble.

4. The four-bar guiding method and the well-fitted super long guide sleeve ensure the accurate movement of the indenter and mold.

5. High-efficiency hydraulic: The hydraulic system adopts imported high-dynamic proportional valve and high-performance vane pump control, which has the characteristics of convenient parameter adjustment, high pressure resistance, low noise, energy saving, and convenient maintenance.

6. From automatic batching to finished product palletizing, the whole production line adopts Siemens touch screen man-machine interface control system, which can realize remote control, system upgrade and fault diagnosis functions.
