Main features
Mold System: Determining Product Dimensional Accuracy and Changeover Efficiency
The molds are manufactured from wear-resistant alloy steel and undergo multiple heat treatment processes including carburizing, nitriding, and quenching, achieving a hardness of HRC 50–55. Critical dimensional tolerances are controlled within ±0.5mm, and a single mold set has a service life of 200,000 to 350,000 blocks. The quick mold change system allows a single operator to complete mold replacement within 15–20 minutes, and together with the recipe management system, enables integrated "mold change + recipe change" operation.

UNIK offers a raw material sample testing service – customers can send local raw material samples to our factory, and our technical team conducts laboratory mix ratio tests and vibration parameter adjustments to determine the optimal forming parameters before the equipment leaves the factory. This ensures that upon arrival, the equipment can start production immediately using local low-cost materials without repeated on-site adjustments. Fly ash can replace 30%–50% of cement, and recycled aggregate from construction waste can partially replace natural aggregates, reducing raw material costs while aligning with the policy direction of green building materials and the circular economy.
