Scheme 2: High-Yield Fully Automatic Line
Batching Station (6 silos) + JS1500 Mixer + High-Yield Fully Automatic Main Machine + Conveyor Belt + Automatic Palletizing + Automatic Packing. The daily output is 12,000–20,000 hollow blocks. Suitable for large-scale production and undertaking large-scale projects. The whole line operates in coordination with low unit cost.
Scheme 3: Intelligent Factory Line
High-Yield Fully Automatic Line + Mother-Son Vehicle Curing System + Automatic Packing + Remote Monitoring + Production Management System. The daily output is 15,000–25,000 hollow blocks. Suitable for large-scale building materials enterprises and regional supply centers. Full-process intelligent management and data-driven production.
Scheme 4: Customized Configuration
Customized according to the customer's product type, raw material conditions and site situation. Optional color feeding system, fly ash adding system, recycled aggregate processing system, multiple sets of molds, etc.

Main features
The vibration system adopts variable frequency control, with adjustable vibration frequency from 45 to 70Hz and exciting force ranging from 0 to 80kN. It can match the optimal vibration parameters for river sand, manufactured sand, stone powder and recycled aggregates.
The vibration motor is equipped with imported heavy-duty bearings, whose service life is more than three times that of ordinary bearings. The dual vibration isolation design of rubber damping pads and springs reduces vibration transmission and extends the service life of the equipment.
