What Are Wooden Pallets?
Wooden pallets are made of a non-perishable solid wood plate as a force plate, with a resistant sheet on the surface. They combine the advantages of both materials under heat (temperature 145-150°C) and high pressure (6-15 MPa) with strong adhesives to ensure overall strength, surface durability, and low weight.

Multi-Layer Solid Wood Construction
These pallets can be produced in different thicknesses (5-40mm). The multi-layer solid wood board uses multi-layered plywood arranged in a crisscross pattern as the substrate. The surface is made of high-quality solid wood veneer or technical wood fabric, processed through cold pressing, hot pressing, sanding, etc. Multi-layer solid wood pallets have good structural stability and are not easily deformed. Due to vertical and horizontal gluing under high temperature and high pressure, the internal stress deformation of the solid wood plate is solved. Most block factory owners prefer to use them.
