The items of diesel concrete mixer to check and maintain daily ( per shift )
1. To check whether the reduction gearbox fuel is enough. (Oil in the oil immersion lens must be more than 1/2)
2. To check whether lubricant pump has enough fuel.
3. To check whether the oil of Discharge gate oil pressure pump is enough.
(The internal oil must be more than 1/2)
4. To check whether oil level in spindle nose of agitator shaft is enough.
(The mirror of the oil to more than 1/2)
5. To check whether the electric current of main motor is normal.
6. To check the pressure of lubrication pump.
7. To check whether the indicator light of the test items in monitoring box has the abnormal reflection.
(Oil level, oil temperature, work efficiency of lubrication pump motor)
8. To check whether the each tubings and connecting mouth is broken or off
