All our construction machine has been used laser cutting inlucde block machine, hydraulic press machine, cement pipe machine, batching machine and mixer ect. Laser cutting is the use of a focused high-power density laser beam to irradiate the workpiece to quickly melt, vaporize, ablate or reach the ignition point of the irradiated material. At the same time, the molten material is blown away by the high-speed airflow coaxial with the beam to achieve iron cutting. we are able to process as below:
1. It can flexibly cut flat plates and various square pipes and round pipes;
2. Cutting thickness: carbon steel 8mm;
3. Pipe diameter: φ220mm;
4. The cutting line is finer, the cutting speed is fast, the work efficiency is higher, and the processing quality is better;
5. High stability: Imported fiber laser is adopted, with stable performance and long service life of components;
6. Low cost of use: The power consumption of the whole machine is only 20-30% of that of similar CO2 laser cutting machines.
Adaptability and flexibility
Compared with other conventional processing methods, laser cutting has greater adaptability. First of all, compared with other thermal cutting methods, as a thermal cutting process, other methods cannot act on a very small area like a laser beam, resulting in a wide incision, a large heat-affected zone and obvious workpiece deformation. Lasers can cut non-metals, while other thermal cutting methods cannot.
