The tamper head of cement brick machine will shake when it is descending Usually, signs of this phenomenon are as follows:
1. The control circuit of the cement brick machine, the solenoid valve coil or the small relay is in poor contact.
Troubleshooting: Check wiring and troubleshoot.
2. There is air in the cylinder head.
Remedy: exhaust air through the exhaust port of the proportional valve of the cement brick machine, and then adjust the pilot sequence valve appropriately to make the pressure head drop smoothly.
3. The pilot sequence valve is adjusted too loosely and the pressure head drops too fast; or the pilot sequence valve is stuck or damaged.
Method: Properly adjust the pilot sequence valve to make the pressure head drop slowly. Otherwise, clean or replace the pilot sequence valve.
4. The high pressure adjustment of the relief valve of the small pump is too small.
Method: Adjust the high pressure of the small pump relief valve of the cement brick machine to the normal value (/8-10MPA).
