1. It is necessary to check whether the fastening bolts of each brick machine are tight, and whether the lubrication of each part has been added to the proper amount of lubricating oil.
2. Check the cutting strips and the dry material on the cutting machine, if any, should be removed in time.
3. Prepare the steel wire according to the specified size, so that it can be replaced in time when the wire is broken. The old steel wire is not allowed to be randomly thrown. When the blank is cut, the hand is not allowed to approach the steel wire to avoid accidents.
4. Check if the starting circuit is normal, whether the solenoid valves are working normally, and check whether the buttons on the console are in the ready position.
5. Check if the water level in the vacuum pump water tank is within the specified range, and the oil pressure and air pressure can reach the normal state before starting the vehicle.
6. Discharge impurities such as water and oil from the gas storage tank.
7. After the brick machine is in normal condition, it can be turned on, and avoid frequent downtime after starting the machine.
Second, the boot:
1. When the brick machine equipment is in normal operation, it is necessary to observe the indication of the length of the mud, the degree of vacuum and the current at any time. The current of the host is controlled at 260A ~ 290A, and the indication of the vacuum gauge is not greater than -0.08MPa.
2. Check whether the temperature rise of the bearing, gearbox and motor exceeds the limit. It is not allowed to deal with the failure of the rotating part and the running part when the equipment is running, so as to avoid accidents, and the machine must be stopped to eliminate the fault.
3. At the end of the class, the button must be hit to the end of the cycle. The material of the mixer should be exposed to the center line of the stirring shaft. After the end of the cycle, if it is not produced after more than one shift, the water should be gradually increased to about 20%. The current can be stopped if the current is below 200A.
Third, after the shutdown:
1. Clean equipment hygiene and environmental sanitation after shutdown.
2. Disconnect the power input switch of each device and make a record to get off work.
Four. Responsibilities and authorities:
1. Responsible for the routine maintenance, lubrication and safety work of the brick machine equipment in this process.
2. Responsible for raw material moisture data and production quality and equipment accidents of the blank.
3. When the abnormality of the brick machine equipment occurs, it has the right to stop the fault.
