There are two forming methods for hollow block preparation: pressure forming and vibration molding. Presses are required for pressure forming, and shakers are required for vibration molding. The prepared concrete emulsion is transported to the molding machine through the pipeline, and the molding is carried out through the molding of the molding machine. After molding, hollow blocks of a certain size are formed. After resting, the hollow blocks need to be cut to meet the needs of different sizes and shapes. The cutting process is carried out by a cutting machine, which ensures that the bricks are neat and flat while minimizing block damage and waste. After the hollow blocks are formed, they need to be dried naturally or mechanically. The natural drying time is generally 7~10 days, and the mechanical drying time is 6~12 hours, which accelerates the volatilization of water and improves the strength of hollow blocks.
