2, after waiting for all the above four bolts to be exposed from the four holes of the lower mold, the lifting is stopped, and the pallet on the vibration platform is taken out.
3. use a pallet to lay flat on the lower mold, lift the upper mold of the permeable brick machine on the pallet, slowly lift the lower mold, wait for the upper mold and the lower mold connecting plate to slightly contact, then stop lifting, and put the upper mold and upper After aligning the four holes of the mold connection plate, insert the flat washer on the pad, insert the bolt, and screw the nut. Do not tighten it first.
4. take out the pallet, slowly raise the lower mold of the permeable brick machine, wait for the upper mold presser to fall to the upper die and the normal position, stop rising, start the upper vibration, the vibration time is 3-5 seconds, stop After that, tighten the connecting bolts of the upper and lower molds.
5. block making machine is running slowly to raise and lower the upper and lower molds, and observe whether the upper and lower molds are jammed. If there is friction and jamming, it should be adjusted to not clamp the mold.
6. after the replacement and installation of the hollow block making machine mold, first make a few blocks, and then check the brick forming quality to meet the requirements of the finished product, and put it into production.
If the height of the permeable bricks is inconsistent, the missing corners, the broken edges, etc., should be treated according to the general troubleshooting method.
