The height of the concrete pavers in the front row of the same slab of the mud brick machine is lower than that in the rear row, and the error exceeds 2mm (more than 3mm for block):
1 Cause of failure: unreasonable parameter adjustment, uneven cutting, and too little cutting in front.
Processing method: Increase the material feeding in the front row of the mold frame by adjusting the parameters of 'pre-cloth stop time', 'delay rake time', 'feed one-way time', 'position delay vibration time', 'pre-vibration interval time', etc. , thereby increasing the height of the pavers.
2 Causes of failure: The vibration table rubber shock pad (or spring) has been used for too long, and the height difference between the front and the rear is large, which causes the vibration table to be uneven; the height difference between the vibration table fixing frame and the vibration table surface is inconsistent, causing the vibration table to vibrate. The amplitude of vibration before and after the mold frame is different.
Treatment method: If the rubber shock absorbing pad is worn, replace the new rubber shock absorbing pad, and then adjust the height of the vibration table fixing frame. (The height of the four corners of the normal vibration table holder is 3-3mm lower than the vibration table surface.)
3 Causes of failure: The positioning shaft and positioning sleeve of the vibration table are worn (the old equipment uses nylon positioning blocks.) which will affect the material feeding.
Treatment method: Check and replace worn parts.
