Hydraulic press classification
The hydraulic press is divided into two types: hydraulic vibration type and hydraulic static pressure type according to different pressurization methods.

Hydraulic press block components
1.Main machine: It consists of frame, main hydraulic cylinder, pusher hydraulic cylinder, bottom plate hydraulic cylinder, matching mold frame, mold and indenter.
The upper and lower beams of the frame are composed of columns. The upper and lower beams are all made of integral steel castings, and the upper and lower beams are connected by four internal columns by internal and external nuts to withstand the tension during work. The main hydraulic cylinder should eliminate steel castings and eliminate safety hazards. Ensure the service life and safety of the equipment.
The professional design and matching of the mold frame, mold and indenter are superior to the processing ability. The punches of the die and briquetting machine are equipped with high-strength wear-resistant steel that can be quickly replaced. The front end of the punch is equipped with a wear-resistant punch pressure ring that is easy to disassemble, thus extending its service life. The relevant parts are specially hardened or forged in the necessary parts.
2.Hydraulic station: It consists of motor, hydraulic pump, pump protection device, professional control valve block and piping system for connecting briquetting machine. Equipped with a cooling system to prevent the equipment from working continuously due to overheating of the oil.
3.console: consists of an electrical system and a plc control system. Equipped with an adjustable text display, the sequence of actions and each action time are completely controlled by the PLC system.
