For the smaller block, the cellular thickness is always approximately 10~15mm, the traditional way of mold feeding could not ensure the even distribution of the material. The UNIK Enhanced Mold Feeding System is equipped with multiple rows of mixing forks (the types mixing forks can be changed according to different types of blocks) which are located just above the mold. The material will be mixed through the rows of forks before discharging into the mold.
The material seeder adopts the rotatory system, make the material reach to the mould frame evenly, finish the seeder process fast, make shaping brick height and intensity basically unified, reach the ideal shaping result.
