QT4-25 BLOCK MAKING MACHINE

QT4-25 is the upgraded model in the QT series, positioned above the QT4-15. The number "25" represents a molding cycle of approximately 25 seconds, producing 4 standard hollow blocks (390×190×190mm) per cycle. With an optimized vibration system and hydraulic system, it achieves more stable output than the QT4-15.

The positioning of the QT4-25 is very clear: the best choice for medium-scale production. Its single-machine capacity is sufficient to support the daily orders of a medium-sized brick plant, while still retaining the possibility of flexible expansion. For medium-sized brick plants that have passed the start-up phase, have stable orders, but do not yet require the QT6-15 level, the QT4-25 sits right at the sweet spot between "sufficient" and "not wasteful."

PLC Fully Automatic Control for Easy Operation

The machine adopts a PLC intelligent control system with a color touchscreen HMI, allowing operators to master it with minimal training. The control system features a recipe storage function-simply call up the process parameters with one touch when switching between different products, eliminating the need for repeated adjustments. It is also equipped with safety logic control and a fault diagnosis system. When a fault occurs, the system automatically triggers an alarm and displays the fault location, greatly reducing troubleshooting time.
