low cost block making machine making
Products Description
Low Cost Does Not Mean Low Quality
In the block forming machine industry, "low cost" is often equated with "low configuration" – thin steel plates for the frame, no‑name hydraulic components, ordinary steel for molds, and after‑sales that depends on luck. You save tens of thousands at the time of purchase, but end up spending tens of thousands more each year on repairs, mold replacements, and scrapped products.
UNIK Machinery makes low‑cost equipment, but not low‑quality equipment.
We reduce costs through optimized design, scale production, and in‑house manufacturing – not by cutting corners. The core components of our low‑cost equipment – frame steel, hydraulic system, control system, and mold precision – follow the same manufacturing standards as our high‑end equipment.

How Does UNIK Achieve "Low Cost"?
In‑house factory, no middlemen. UNIK has its own factory in Quanzhou, Fujian. From molds to complete machines, all key processes are completed in‑house. There are no trader markups, no intermediate links.
Scale production, diluted costs. In 2026, UNIK completed a capacity expansion, increasing annual interlocking mold production capacity from 1,200 sets to over 1,600 sets, with a corresponding increase in complete machine capacity. The economies of scale directly reduce the manufacturing cost per machine.
Modular design, configured on demand. Customers do not need to pay for features they will not use. If you need fully automatic, we configure fully automatic; if you need semi‑automatic, we configure semi‑automatic; if you need a stand‑alone machine, you buy a stand‑alone machine; if you need a complete line, we configure a complete line. Every dollar is spent where it matters.

The "Hidden Traps" of Low‑Cost Equipment, and How UNIK Avoids Them
Trap 1: Shrinking frame steel. To drive prices down, low‑cost equipment uses thin plates or ordinary steel for the frame, which begins to deform after two or three years, causing uneven mold wear and increasingly large dimensional deviations in the bricks. UNIK's low‑cost equipment uses the same frame steel as our large equipment – Q355B high‑strength manganese steel, with 25–30 mm thickening in the main load‑bearing areas.
Trap 2: Downgraded core components. Using no‑name hydraulic valves, ordinary PLCs, and low‑priced motors. UNIK's low‑cost equipment uses the same core component brands as our large equipment – Rexroth hydraulics, Siemens PLC, Siemens motors, Schneider electrical components, and NSK bearings – all itemized and written into the contract.
Trap 3: Insufficient mold precision. Low‑cost equipment is often paired with low‑priced molds, with loose tolerances, inconsistent brick dimensions, and poor interlocking. All UNIK molds use the same materials and heat treatment processes, with critical dimensional tolerances controlled within ±0.3 mm.
Trap 4: No after‑sales guarantee. Low‑cost equipment often "disappears after the sale." UNIK provides a 12‑month whole‑machine warranty, 72‑hour global emergency spare parts airfreight, and 7×24 remote technical support – the same service standards enjoyed by our large equipment customers.
