Working Principle: The Essential Difference from "Vibration" to "Pressing"
Ordinary block machines mainly rely on vibration to compact the material, while the core difference of a hydraulic block forming machine lies in its combined "vibration + pressing" forming method.
A complete working cycle typically takes 15‑20 seconds. After the mixed material is evenly injected into the mold through the spreading device, the vibration system operates at a high frequency of 3800‑5500 cycles per minute, causing the material to rapidly liquefy and release air. At the same time, the hydraulic system applies pressure of up to 25‑31.5 MPa. Under the combined action of vibration and pressure, the material particles rearrange and interlock tightly. The formed blocks have high density and can be directly stacked for curing.
The essential difference between the two is: vibration equipment compacts bricks by "shaking," while hydraulic equipment compacts bricks by "pressing" – the density uniformity and strength consistency achieved by the latter are difficult for the former to match.

The equipment integrates mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, with a PLC intelligent control system and a touchscreen HMI, achieving fully automatic cyclic operation. It features fault self‑diagnosis and supports remote technical support and maintenance. Ordinary workers can operate it after simple training.
Servo energy saving – reducing operating costs. The new hydraulic system adopts energy‑saving technologies such as variable frequency motors driving fixed displacement pumps. The servo technology supplies power on demand, with standby energy consumption near zero, achieving significant overall energy savings compared with conventional models.
High‑strength frame, long‑life design. The main structure is manufactured with high‑precision castings and special welding techniques. The four‑column guide and synchronous mechanism ensure smooth operation and high precision.
