◇ The high-efficiency vibrator has strong excitation force and better compaction effect.

Our manufacturing:

We have equipped with a large traveling crane (200t), numerical control milling machines and lathes,more than 500 units of modern machining equipment in all, other than casting and forging, all components of presses are self-produced for an annual production capacity of 500 units of presses of various types,The main structural parts of the equipment are used Q235B material, and the shaft parts are  used 45# steel. The overall structural safety factor is designed according to the large value (3.5 times safety factor), and some key parts are analyzed by local finite element force.The material of mould is carburized by Q345B (16 manganese), and the inner cavity of the mold is formed by wire cutting, which effectively ensures the size of the finished brick and the service life of the mold.

Delivery &shipping:

Easily damaged part use sturdy wooden case and cartons packing.Other parts are in nude, 20GP, 40 HQ standard exporting package, The electrical components will be packed in strong seaworthy wood cases.or according to the buyer's request.When the brick making machine is ready to be shipped out, our company will package it very carefully. Also we promise there will be no damage when the block making machine arrive at the port.

Mobile machines are cheaper and faster; Stationary machines are more versatile in production and guarantee better quality. Stationary machines produce interlocking pavers, Mobile machines don't.
6. How do your after-sale service work if the product get damaged?
In the guarantee time 12 months, our general after-sale service freely provide replacements for damaged parts for our customers, but if the damaged could be repaired by slight cost,we would wait for the customers bill for the fix cost and refund this part of cost (note: Vulnerable parts are not included).
