UNIK's main frame is constructed using high‑strength manganese steel with integral welding, double welding at critical points, and a three‑layer anti‑rust treatment (primer, topcoat, and baking paint). The design life is no less than 10 years, far exceeding the industry average.
Precision Mold Manufacturing with Strong Compatibility
UNIK has been manufacturing brick machines and molds since 2008. Critical dimensional tolerances are controlled within ±0.1 mm. The molds are compatible with more than 20 major international brands, including HESS, MASA, ZENITH, and BESSER. Even if a customer's existing equipment is from another brand, UNIK can independently provide high‑quality mold replacement services.
