Batching and mixing

Pressed molding

Feeding and forming: through the demoulding cylinder, the mold box falls on the supporting plate, the pressure head rises in place, after all the conditions are in place, the hopper door is opened to send the material into the material car, the material car advances to the top of the mold box, the material car rotation system starts the forced feeding of the mold box, the material car returns after adding the material, the pressure head is pressed down within the set time, and the vibration pressure is formed

Transshipment and palletizing

Transshipment: The formed bricks are transported by a chain conveyor, stacked by a plate lifter, a stack of 3-4 layers, and the whole stack of bricks is transferred to the site by a forklift for natural maintenance.
Palletizing robot: The automatic palletizing robot is used to palletize the maintained bricks to realize the separation of bricks and boards, and the coordinate palletizing robot system has the characteristics of high efficiency, full function and energy saving. 

 

1. Batching machine:

It is controlled by computer, which can be automatically measured according to the selection of different raw materials, enter a column menu of the recipe, and then transfer the materials to the mixer.
2. Mixer:

It is suitable for the forced mixing and mixing of various concrete products, and the mixed materials are fed into the molding machine by the conveyor.
3. Lifting plate system:

Using mechanical synchronous transmission, the product is lifted smoothly, controlled by the PLC main computer, and the formed product is raised to 10 layers.
4. Sub-car and mother car system:

PLC main computer control, using the same inverter to control the operation of the sub-car and the mother car at the same time, to achieve low-speed start, high-speed operation, automatic deceleration, braking, stop, the product into the maintenance kiln for maintenance.
5. Lowering plate and palletizing system:

The child and mother car will take out the product from the curing kiln and send it to the lowering machine, which will palletize it by the lowering machine, and the product will be transported to the finished product yard by forklift, and the whole line can be controlled manually, semi-automatically and automatically, realizing the fully automatic production line integrating mechanical, electrical and hydraulic.
