Products Description
Automatic production line process: the loader puts different aggregates into the batching station, automatically proportions and weighs them, and then mixes them with the cement in the cement silo. All materials are then sent to the mixer. After being evenly mixed, the belt conveyor transports the materials to the block-forming machine. The products formed after vibration and pressure are cleaned by the block surface cleaner, These blocks exit the machines on production pallets that are transferred to a curing room, where precise temperature and moisture levels create a strong and durable final product. The cured blocks are then stacked, or palletized, for storage and eventual distribution. The products that have been cured are then sent to the automatic lowerator machine by finger car. The board-lowering machine lowers the products to the block conveyor enters the palletizing area for palletizing, and then transports them to the finished product yard for sale by a forklift. The pallet is cleaned by the cleaner, and the plate turning machine is returned to the forming machine for recycling.

Main features
1. Hydraulic pressure: Imported hydraulic components and seals are used, and high-dynamic-performance proportional valves adjust the oil volume and pressure according to different work requirements to control the movement of key components.
2. Control: Industrial PLC control system is adopted, with Chinese display, touch operation, stepless frequency modulation and variable speed, and the action can be changed at any time according to different raw materials, which is very flexible.
3. Fabrication: The unique crank-connecting rod structure and forced unloading device completely solve the problem of special-shaped bricks' distribution, and the secondary distribution can produce various colored pavement bricks.
4. Mold: Increased thickness, fine grinding, special steel, high-frequency carburizing treatment, mold box gusset without welding, longer life. It adopts a plug-in design, which can be replaced in a few minutes, realizing one machine with multiple functions.
5. Anti-vibration: The unique capsule shock-absorbing technology can more effectively prolong the machine body's and mold box's life under a large excitation force.
