Level 2: Core components. Approximately 80% of block machine failures originate from the hydraulic system. Equipment using Rexroth or Yuken hydraulic components costs 15‑30% more than domestic brands, but can reduce hydraulic failure rates by about 80%. Control systems using Siemens or Mitsubishi industrial‑grade PLCs support fault self‑diagnosis, one‑click recipe recall, and remote diagnostics, with stability far exceeding that of ordinary PLCs. Servo energy saving. High‑quality fully automatic equipment is equipped with a third‑generation servo vibration system that supplies power on demand, with standby energy consumption near zero, achieving 20%‑30% overall energy savings compared with conventional models. Quick mold change. High‑quality equipment features a quick mold change system that can complete mold changes within 15‑20 minutes.
