The concrete block and paving brick forming machine is a highly flexible production device. Working Principle: Vibration + Pressure, Efficient Forming

The working principle of the concrete block and paving brick forming machine is to compress and mold the concrete mixture into brick shapes through hydraulic pressure. The equipment mainly consists of a hopper, mixing device, mold assembly, and hydraulic system.

The production process is divided into five steps: Raw material preparation – prepare raw materials such as cement, sand, and crushed stone according to the mix ratio; Mixing – mix the raw materials in specific proportions to form a uniform mixture; Mold forming – pour the mixture into the mold assembly and press it into the desired shape through hydraulic pressure; Curing – after demolding, cure the products to achieve strength and durability; Finishing – after curing, perform grinding, polishing, or coating treatments as required.

During the forming stage, the equipment combines high‑frequency vibration with hydraulic pressure, rapidly compacting the concrete within the mold to achieve high density and high strength. Adopting table‑mold combined vibration technology, the vibration acceleration can reach 17.5 G, ensuring high product density and uniform strength.
