Multi-purpose and flexible mold change
By changing molds, the dual-cavity semi-automatic block machine can produce a variety of product specifications. The standard configuration can produce hollow blocks in sizes such as 400×200×200mm, 400×150×200mm, and 400×100×200mm, as well as standard solid bricks of 240×115×53mm, paving blocks of 200×100×60mm, and more. The quick mold change system can control mold change time within 15–30 minutes, allowing one machine to cover multiple product lines.

Operation & Maintenance Essentials
Daily Operation
Before starting the machine each day, check the hydraulic oil level, lubricant level, and whether fasteners are loose.
Ensure the mold is clean with no concrete residue.
Adjust the mix ratio and vibration parameters according to the characteristics of the raw materials.
Maintain consistent feeding during production to avoid overloading.
Periodic Maintenance
Clean the mold and vibration table daily to prevent concrete from hardening.
Inspect hydraulic hoses and electrical lines weekly, tightening any loose connections.
Replace hydraulic oil and filter elements every 1–2 months.
Check the wear condition of wear parts every 3–6 months and replace them promptly.
