Core Working Principle
The core working process of a concrete cover block forming machine consists of the following steps:
Batching and mixing – Raw materials such as cement, sand and gravel, and industrial waste are mixed according to the specified formula.
Feeding – The dry‑mix concrete is fed into the mold through the hopper.
Vibration and compaction – High‑frequency vibration motors expel air, while hydraulic or mechanical pressure heads apply additional pressure to ensure dense, high‑strength cover blocks.
Demolding and output – The formed cover blocks are pushed out of the mold and transferred to the curing area.
Curing and palletizing – The cover blocks are cured naturally and are then ready for use.
