Products Description

Blocks and bricks making machines are high-strength block forming machines designed to address the issue of low compressive strength in existing block forming machines due to unreasonable structural design. This machine features a robust frame with main guide rails on both sides, upper and lower slide frames on the upper and lower sides of the guide rails, upper cylinders between the ends of the upper and lower slide frames, and lower cylinders between the lower slide frame and the bottom of the main frame. The mold includes upper and lower molds, and the feeding device includes a feeding box. The control system includes an electrical control box, and there are four vibration devices located at the four corners of the lower mold. The feeding box is equipped with at least two curved arms, each connected to a top-pushing cylinder via a hinge.
