Intelligent Vibration Control: Precisely Matching Each Raw Material

UNIK adopts variable frequency vibration technology, achieving faster, quieter, and more uniform material distribution through controlled vibration, followed by high‑pressure forming. The vibration frequency is adjustable from 45 to 70 Hz, and the exciting force is steplessly adjustable from 0 to 80 kN. Vibration parameters can be precisely matched to the characteristics of different raw materials – for manufactured sand with high clay content, increase the exciting force to ensure compaction; for fly ash with a high proportion of fine particles, optimize the vibration frequency to achieve uniform distribution; for recycled aggregate with complex gradation, combine parameters to eliminate internal voids.

Forced Feeding System: Uniform and Efficient Spreading

UNIK equipment adopts a forced feeding method, with multiple rows of mixing blades installed above the mold box. When the hopper is in position, forced feeding ensures that the material is evenly filled into every corner of the mold cavity. This is particularly suitable for producing thin‑walled multi‑row hollow blocks and complex‑shaped products.
