UNIK Machinery was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Quanzhou, Fujian – one of China's most mature industrial clusters for concrete block forming machine technology. Our core team consists of engineers with decades of experience in the brick machine industry.

UNIK's factory is equipped with 27 high‑speed wire‑cut EDM machines and 4 large gantry machining centers, with a monthly mold production capacity of 50 sets. Key processes – CNC machining, heat treatment, welding, and assembly – are all completed in‑house, with no outsourcing. The machine frame uses Q355B high‑strength manganese steel, with the main load‑bearing areas thickened to 25–30 mm. The hydraulic system uses Rexroth or Yuken, and the PLC control system uses Siemens or Mitsubishi.

Auxiliary Equipment and Systems

In addition to the main machine, the following systems can be added to improve production efficiency:

Fully automatic batching system:
automatically measures and mixes raw materials, ensuring consistent quality

Cement silo:
bulk cement storage, more economical than bagged cement

Palletizing robot:
automatically stacks finished products, saving time and reducing labor

Color batching system:
enables production of colored paving bricks

These auxiliary equipment additions will significantly increase the total investment, but they can also greatly improve production efficiency and product added value.

UNIK's mold product line has obtained both CE and SGS dual certifications and is compatible with more than 20 major international brands, including HESS, MASA, ZENITH, BESSER, and others. Our products have been exported to over 70 countries and regions.
