Stage One: Selection

At this stage, the customer is faced with a vast amount of information, specifications, quotations, and sales promises. The biggest risk is not choosing the wrong model, but choosing the wrong "person" – the one who may or may not answer your call after the contract is signed.

Stage Two: Installation

Getting the equipment to your factory is only the first step. What truly brings the machine to life is the installation and commissioning process over the following days.

UNIK's engineers will be on‑site to handle everything – from unpacking and inventory checking, mechanical installation, and electrical wiring, to no‑load debugging, load trial production, and worker training. This phase typically takes one to two weeks. Stage Three: Daily Operation

Stage Four: Maintenance & Repair

All equipment will age – the difference lies in maintenance costs and response time.

UNIK's after‑sales principle is: the technical department handles after‑sales directly – no need to go through sales. When you call us, the person on the other end understands the technology. Commonly used spare parts are stocked year‑round and shipped within three days after order confirmation. During the warranty period, engineers resolve issues remotely whenever possible; if they cannot, they process the necessary documents and depart.

Stage Five: Upgrade or Retirement

After five to eight years of operation, equipment owners typically face a choice: replace with new equipment, or upgrade.

Many of UNIK's long‑term customers choose the latter. Because UNIK's molds are compatible with more than 20 major international brand main machines, customers do not need to buy a new main machine just to change molds. The control system can also be partially upgraded without replacing the entire machine. This saves customers a substantial amount of reinvestment costs.
