Intelligent Electrical Control & Efficient Hydraulic System
Approximately 80% of block machine failures originate from the hydraulic system. UNIK's hydraulic system uses internationally leading brands such as Rexroth and Yuken, with servo control that supplies power on demand – standby energy consumption near zero. The electrical control system uses industrial-grade Siemens or Mitsubishi PLCs, equipped with a 10‑inch color touchscreen HMI, supporting storage of 50–100 recipes. When switching products, vibration frequency, molding pressure, and molding cycle can be recalled with one click – no manual retuning needed. The control system features fault self‑diagnosis: when an anomaly occurs, it automatically alarms and displays the fault location along with suggested solutions, significantly reducing troubleshooting time.
The UNT series is equipped with a third‑generation servo vibration system that supplies power on demand, with standby energy consumption near zero, achieving 20–30% overall energy savings compared to conventional hydraulic models. In markets with high electricity tariffs, this can significantly lower operating costs.
