UNT Series fully automatic concrete block forming machines are intelligent forming equipment developed by Fujian UNIK Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. specifically for the production of precast concrete components. Leveraging UNIK's over 20 years of industry technical accumulation, this series covers seven core models: UNT400, UNT700, UNT800, UNT1000, UNT1200A/B, and UNT1300, allowing flexible selection based on the customer's production scale, factory space, and product type.

The machine features a welded frame made of Q335B high-strength steel and is equipped with internationally leading brand components, including Siemens motors, Schneider Electric components, and Omron sensors. It integrates core technologies such as servo control, forced material spreading, and a retractable vibration platform. The forming cycle takes only 12–20 seconds per mold, with an hourly output ranging from 2,400 to 9,600 pieces. It can precisely produce over 100 product specifications, including standard bricks, interlocking paving bricks, hollow blocks, grass planting pavers, curbstones, and more.
