Our UNT series (UNT400, UNT700, UNT800) is the ideal choice for producing unburnt bricks. It can utilize various industrial wastes such as fly ash, furnace slag, and tailings as raw materials. Through advanced servo‑hydraulic and vibration technology, these materials are compressed into high‑density, high‑strength quality blocks without the need for high‑temperature firing.

Automated Production Process:

Batching: The loader feeds raw materials into the batching station. The computer control system precisely weighs the aggregates and cement according to the mix ratio.

Mixing: The aggregates and cement are conveyed to the JS series forced mixer for uniform mixing.

Forming: The mixed material is transferred via belt conveyor to the UNK block forming machine, where it is pressed into shape.

Curing: The shuttle car system transports the pallets loaded with blocks into the curing kiln for natural or steam curing.

Palletizing and packaging: After curing is completed, the automatic plate lifter, together with the fully automatic palletizer, stacks the blocks neatly. Forklifts can then directly transport them to the stockyard for sale.
