High-strength machine frame, design life of no less than 12 years

The machine frame withstands tens of thousands of high-frequency vibrations every day – it is the foundation that determines equipment longevity. UNIK main frames use Q355B high-strength manganese steel (some models use Q335B standard), with 25–30 mm thickened steel plates in the main load-bearing areas, double welding at critical points, and a three-layer anti-rust treatment consisting of primer, topcoat, and baking paint. Many machines show no differences in the first two years, but after three years, thin steel plates begin to deform, precision is lost, and the frame rusts. UNIK puts these "invisible costs" – steel thickness, number of welding passes, and number of anti-rust layers – into the contract, ensuring that long-term service precision does not drift.

Through the quick mold change system (15–20 minutes) and the recipe management system, the same main machine can flexibly produce a variety of concrete products:

Building construction: Hollow blocks (390×190×190mm, 400×200×200mm, etc.), solid bricks (240×115×53mm, etc.), and perforated bricks. Multi‑cavity molds plus high exciting force ensure dense web walls.

Municipal paving: Paving bricks (200×100×60mm, etc.), interlocking blocks, and permeable pavers. Optional color spreading and embossing, with face layer and base layer formed in one step.
