Variable frequency vibration system – wide raw material adaptability – cost reduced by 30%–50%
Raw material costs account for 40%–60% of total block production costs. UNIK adopts a variable frequency drive vibration system with adjustable vibration frequency from 45 to 70 Hz and adjustable exciting force from 0 to 80 kN. Together with a forced spreading device, it can efficiently process a variety of low‑cost raw materials including fly ash, slag, manufactured sand, stone powder, and recycled aggregate from construction waste. Fly ash can replace 30%–50% of cement, and high‑solid‑waste formulations directly reduce raw material costs by 30%–50%.
Raw material sample testing service: Customers send local fly ash, stone powder, or slag samples to the UNIK factory. The technical team finalizes the mix design and pre‑tunes the vibration parameters before shipment, ensuring the equipment is "factory‑ready and site‑ready for immediate production."
