The vibration table utilizes dual-shaft synthetic output vibration technology with strategically arranged vibrators, ensuring the exciting force is evenly distributed across the vibration table. This guarantees consistent product weight and strength throughout every block.
Technical specification:
All UNIK machines can be fitted with any mold designed for that model - paver molds, hollow block molds, solid block molds, and brick molds. Today you can produce 6" blocks, tomorrow 4" blocks on the same machine by simply changing the mold. The entire process takes about half an hour.

A: No. All UNIK machines can be fitted with any mold designed for that machine, including paver molds, hollow block molds, solid block molds, and brick molds .
Q: What happens if I have a breakdown?
A: We use FedEx or DHL for emergency shipment worldwide, typically delivering spare parts within 72 hours. Machines are robust and well-built, with most issues fixable using locally available parts or with technician assistance .
Q: What raw materials are needed?
A: The basic raw materials are cement, sand, stone chips, and water . Acceptable mix ratio for higher strength is 1:3:7 (cement:sand:stone chips) .
Q: Do you provide installation?
A: Yes, we can arrange our engineer for installation and training. The customer is responsible for civil works like foundation, power, and water .
